consists of pretty much working. tried to get at least an extra day off work but one of my coworkers is going to Japan so coverage is going to be at a minimum. I guess it’s a good time to start my p90x training. A couple days ago dboy finally hooked it up with the p90x dvd’s I’ve been buggin him about (sorry dboy). Hoping for decent if not good results, but I just gotta persevere and not be so lazy. I’m usually lazy and tired throughout the week because school and work always make me exhausted, so usually that means I dont’ go to the gym or anything like. Hoping to break that cycle, I’m gonna try the p90x program and see what happens. Maybe it’ll whip me into shape and so I can get my body ready for my Hawaii trip this summer? sikeeeeeee I just wanna better my health, get into shape, and stop being a lazy bum. Will spring break be a bust for me this year? I hope not. But anytime away from school is always a positive.
Be aware of the things and people around you and never take a good thing for granted. Take time out to tell people that you love them and appreciate them. Never be too busy for someone because if you truly cared about them you’d make time regardless of any situation. Don’t be so consumed in work and/or school that you can’t find the time to share with the ones you love and care for. Where there’s a will, there’s a way and if you continue to work at it, eventually everything will work out the way it should. And believe me, patience pays off. Step back and realize your true priorities.
Soooo…the past two days, I’ve had the opportunities to meet the great LT. First, on Wednesday, I was informed from my co-worker and basketball teammate Christian Arcinue that he was signing autographs at the Witt Lincoln dealership in Mission Valley. At first I heard it was an invite only event, later to find on the chargers forums that some people who didn’t even have invites were able to cop LT’s super sweet autograph for FREE. Then earlier today while I was at work, Christian told me that on Friday in Long Beach that some hotel was hosting a “Lunch with a Legend” event that which featured of course, LT again. Seems that this event has been sold out since last week and the damn tickets were only $40! wtf is that?!?! So that’s two different opportunities to get his autograph on my dope official Schutt helmet for super cheap. Instead, I have to turn it into CJ’s Sportscards near SDSU and pay damn near $200 for him to sign my helmet. FML. Well I guess I should at the very very very very least be thankful that he’s still in SD. On a different note, day off tomorrow finally! Run some errands, maybe catch intramurals at CSUSM, and probably chill in SD for the night.
Decided to add some spark to my life by creating my own tumblr. Lately my life has been soooo routine. School and work is a constant throughout the week and the only real time I have to escape from that is on my 2 days off a week in which lately I’ll been spending with the homies, studying here and there, and playing football mainly on Sundays. The only excitement I usually have during the week is during Tuesday during my basketball games (come watch the MONSTARS tuesdays nights at the 4s ranch YMCA community center). Other than, my life isn’t all the exciting. There’s plenty to look to forward to in the future. Really I just want to transfer to CSUSM already and graduate, then hopefully become a doctor of physical therapy? Who know’s what’ll happen really but for now I’m stuck as a Costco supervisor making what I can to survive. I’m over school right now and guess I’m looking forward to spring break? Not toooo psyched because I don’t really have any special events or anything like that planned. Mainly looking forward to summer when I can fly out to Hawaii to kick it with my pops and just chill. Anywho, it just seems like im rambling on this thing so maybe I should stop. On a final note, I was pretty upset today to find out that I missed ANOTHER opportunity to get an autograph from the greatest chargers player, of course I’m talking about the man who has a newly renegociated contract LaDainian Tomlinson. He had an “invite only” signing at Witt Lincoln in Mission Valley and I didn’t find out about it until 7pm. Where was I when I found out? Stuck bored out my mind at work of course…FML. Well last day of school and work tomorrow, then I have Friday off. Need to figure out things and hopefully I’ll be busy on Friday. Alright seriously if you’re still reading this, thanks for persevering and listening to my rambling. I gotta organize my thoughts better instead of being all over the place. Promise my other posts will be better.
